Trs Ibiza Hotel - Adults Only, San Antonio (Ibiza)

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were full of ants, and the floors seemed to never get cleaned properly. However, after a room change to the front side, things improved. The hotel overlooks a noisy construction site, but luckily, I was on the 7th floor and didn't experience noise issues. It did get overcrowded, especially at the buffet, which was a bit frustrating when people took our seats. The service was decent, and the staff were accommodating and great with the kids. The location was not the best, but still suitable for a relaxing holiday with easy access to town and a lovely beach nearby. The dining experience had its limitations, especially with the snack bar opening hours, but overall offered typical buffet options. Despite the downsides, my stay was bearable and had some enjoyable moments.

The hotel is really close to the city center and bars, and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The staff, especially the butler manager Maria, was exceptional. The location provided a peaceful escape but encountered some unfriendly guests. The dining was satisfying but had limited afternoon options. The facilities were decent overall.

This hotel really left a mark on my family vacation experience. The rooms were lovely, spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it the best family hotel we've ever stayed at. However, the photos didn't quite match the reality. A real gem, but a rethink by the Palladium group is in order.
